Well its been quite the summer and I have not had time to blog any of my weddings.  This will be one of those weddings for me that stands out in many ways.  First off I should say it was truly celebrated in such a unique and fun loving way.  It was celebration of true love and was evident from the moment I walked in and started documenting the day.  All of the fluff was not the focus here, however love, close friends and family was.  The wedding took place in Irish Vale on Grant’s families summer home overlooking the Bras d’or lake.  A place that has very special meaning for them both.  I loved that the entire celebration was there and only there.  From preparation, ceremony, bride/groom , family & bridal party shots , supper and party.  They had a big ole tent to house only their closest family and friends and was so very intimate.  From handwritten vows to getting his and her tattoos to skinny dipping when the sun went down.  This was a wedding I won’t forget and was honoured to be a part of it.
