Meet Jaxon | Newborn | by Michelle

I couldn’t have ended my year of shooting with a better  subject than this little guy!  Jaxon was a last minute baby ( for me I mean) I thought I had all of my bookings set for the remainder of the year but to my surprise his Nanny phoned me from the hospital wondering about having his newborn photos done.  Of course I was making sure I squeezed him into my already crazy schedule and boy was I glad I did.  I mean just look at him!! I love all of my baby shoots but this little guy let me do whatever I wanted.  I just loved Jaxon’s session and he’t got the sweetest mom too.  We had a great afternoon getting to know one another ( which is another part I love about newbie sessions ) hanging out with moms and dads in my living room while they trust me to their brand new bundle of love.  Its a pretty great feeling! Its an even better feeling when they come back to view the photos and we are all in tears.  It just reinforces what I say all the time about photos ” you will never regret having them done but you will regret not  having them done!”   I should add that this was a gift from a very adoring first time grandmother and I know it will be a gift cherished for a lifetime.
