So here is some more wedding love ! Another amazing pair right here. Guess what it was another rainy December wedding. Again it did not put a damper on our day at all! We managed to scoot in and out of the rain as it was not as torrential as my previous wedding. Nothing like arriving at the hair salon and finding out the groom is a cousin. Turns out the grooms grandfather and mine were brothers, crazy stuff! So I was mingling amongst many Mc Gillivray’s who were all related to me. Pretty cool! Now back to my beautiful bride/groom, I have to say first looks rock! I know its not typically common around Cape Breton, as we tend to be pretty traditional. However if you want lots of pics with numerous locations this is the way to go. Shardeigh and Adam were not being married till 6:30 in the evening and we are dark at 4 ish. So we shot a first look and had lots of time to continue shooting around the sydney area ( Big thanks to Wentworth Perk for allowing us to come in out of the rain) I love when my couples are about their pics, remember its raining out and this bride still has to get to the church in one piece. I have to say I was a bit unravelled when I took a look at the bottom of her gown and saw the dirt, she was as cool as a cucumber about it! We finished up in plenty of time for her maid of honour to clean her up and head to the church. What a way to finish up 2012! Thank you guys for trusting me and my craziness!
