I have had so many newbies this year! Yes I am loving every minute of it! Its no secret how I adore new babies and am a huge advocate for newborn photos. I get asked many questions about newborn sessions, one being how old should my baby be? My answer is within the first 2 weeks of life. They are still in the curly and sleepy stage and a little more tolerable of me molding and posing them. The older they get the more aware they become of what you are doing and not always a fan of certain poses after this time frame. However I welcome babies at any age! Miss Penny was a trooper for her shots, she was a fan of being wrapped up and warm ( I think the bucket was her fav). It was a beautiful Sept afternoon when we shot so we were fortunate enough to go outside for a few. Penny was not the biggest fan of the great outdoors ( although we still managed some good shots). Take a look at the last photo makes me weak. I think it was her way of telling me she had enough!
