Rhyleigh | Styled Session | Children

Summers are so full of shooting and edits and of course trying to carve out some family time that it really leaves so little time to blog what I have been doing all summer. I thought I would share with you the sweetest little girl I had the pleasure of photographing back in July. Miss Ryleigh was visiting Cape Breton with her mom and dad and it has become a bit of a tradition that she has photos taken while on vacation. Rhyleigh is now a 6 year old and has grown up so much since I last photographed her at 3. I just love this age, so aware of the camera and they can actually sit and take direction not to mention mom gave me full rein on the entire shoot. Which is why its called a Styled Session, A Styled Session is when all creative control is handed over to me. Mom totally trusted me and let me do my thing.. from shopping for some fun outfits in second hand shops to curling and even applying just a wee bit of little girl makeup.. I mean what little girl doesn’t love a rosy cheek and a bit of lip gloss. Thanks again to mom and dad for trusting me, heres a look at some of my faves.
