So as some of you know this past summer I decided to experiment with video. Let me start by saying I have no sweet clue what I am doing, I have one camera, and a monopod. I don’t have any video equipment, not even a mic so what you are about to see in my opinion is really a work in progress. However, I really need to express my thoughts on this whole video thing. I really believe that on your wedding day, video is as equally important as having photographs. I know a lot of people don’t look at it this way and video is kind of one of those extras that only seem to happen if you can afford it. But if you are going to splurge on anything for your wedding, let it be your photo and video (and if you’re anything like me you’ll wish you picked a different dress a year later anyway, one thing I am so glad to not have spent a fortune on). Although I am very modest and often hard on myself when it comes to any work I do, I still think this video is such a beautiful memory that Logan and Janine will have forever. As I though I always say photographs become more precious with time, this video will be just as special years from now.
