This shoot seems like decades ago to me.  In fact it was back in early September.  As the old saying goes better late than never so here is Sarah’s beautiful maternity session.  Sarah had no intentions on doing maternity photos but had a change of heart just before her due date.  Of course I cleared some room to have her in.  I mean this is a pretty special pair right here.  I met these two a few short years ago to photograph their engagement session and then of course the big day!  So to shoot the belly and then baby is a huge honour for me!  Off we ventured with out a clue on where we would go or what we would do ( my favourite way to shoot ) having no expectations, just let the day take us where it may!  Not sure why but it seems I always have my preggo mamas doing some crazy things.  We really should have had a video on this shoot as it was quite the sight.  Trying to get Sarah up over rocks and  positioned in the slimmest of slime green moss was not an easy task.  I knew I wanted her there it was just to maneuver Brendan into getting her there. ( he was just about ready to poop his pants)   This girl was a trooper!  She actually got home that evening had a bath ( while picking snails out of her hair) and went into labour.  Baby Tatum was born the next day!  Not sure but I think all the climbing and walking may have had something to do with this!
