Some people genuinely make you really excited for life and what you do… That is Steph and Even for me. From the moment Steph and I met, I knew we would work well together. I hadn’t met Evan at this point but from everything I had heard about him and his hobbies, I was pretty confident they were going to have a rockin engagement session (which I’m still drooling over daily).

These two have that deep, loving, down to earth kind of relationship that you can see as soon as you look at them. There’s really no hiding it, and there was seriously minimal direction given while shooting. They are real and true. They smile, they joke, they make each other laugh and most importantly, they love. Although they are sometimes separated by distance, they make it work. I always admire people who can pull that off, the thought of my husband leaving even for a weekend makes me nervous sometimes (especially with a baby).

Now that this session is over and blogged, I sit and wait patiently for their woodsy Margaree dream of a wedding. This girl has some crazy awesome vision and many ideas up her sleeve, so it brings me a lot of excitement thinking about the big day.

In closing, I must just say that I freakin love meeting awesome people like this. I must add in my contract, “WARNING: If you are a seriously awesome-down to earth-super happy-fun-energetic-and any bit creative at all person…We will be friends!”. This is true though, I love making new friends, and I love this business! Amen to that.
